Job Description
- Collaborate with other internal teams to develop and monitor strategic marketing initiatives.
- Discuss trending marketing activities with the in-house team members to achieve optimum results.
- Studying the feasibility and relevance of the company's marketing activities to promote products and services.
- Brainstorm marketing tactics with the concerned team members and strategize trending promotional initiatives.
- Shooting photo and video content on a daily basis on a phone and professional equipment (F&B-shooting, atmosphere, reportage shooting)
- Search for performers for professional shooting of photo and video content (1 time per month) - Ability to mount videos for Stories & Reels with infographics and adding music on it.
- Deliver Key Business Metrics and deliverable results.
- Maintaining social networks: creating a content strategy and its implementation
- Creating experiences in writing posts and videos.
- Increasing the number of coverages, of subscribers and Engagement Rates
- Creating new offers and special offers and creating “hype” in social networks”, including competitive mechanics.
- Reply to comments and direct messages and transfer them to the reservation dept.
- Finding relevant influencers and to collaborate with using tools and mechanics of Papa.
- Finding relevant pages for advertising, collaborations, and cross-promotions
- Online reputation management (Google, Trip Advisor, Zomato)
- Creating design of posts and posters (photo & video) motion video.
- Deliver social media and marketing strategy and content strategy and implementation.
Skills
- Knowledge of the latest trends and functions of social networks and the ability to use and apply them.
- Possession of tools for parsing the audience and increasing the client base.
The Successful Applicant
- 2 years' experience of working in Public Relations and social media and Marketing.
- 3 years' experience working preferably in F & B Restaurant Club Sector
- Good knowledge of creating new concept and F&B business trends
- Good understanding of MS Office٫ ppt
