Job Description
- Participate, support, and maintain compliance to the company’s Quality, Environmental, Occupational Health & Safety Management Systems, policies, procedures, safety programs, and activities as defined within the company’s published management system documentation.
- Locating and diagnosing the cause of malfunction or failure of analyzers/Sensors and performing the necessary preventive or corrective maintenance.
- Interfacing with site operators, engineers and maintenance personnel.
- Troubleshooting and diagnosing existing equipment.
- Reading and interpreting wire diagrams, & prints.
- Working with testing equipment and software programs to perform calibrations and testing.
- A good foundation in basic mechanical and shop skills such as general maintenance…etc.
- Ensuring applicable maintenance targets and schedules are achieved.
- Maintaining comprehensive records and logs, detailing work order findings in ERP System.
- Assisting in the management of any emergency situation which may arise offshore.
- Environmental sample collection and reporting
Skills
- Two (2) years of experience or more in similar field / activities.
- University qualifications in instrumentation engineering or relevant fields.
- Ability to read and interpret instruction manuals blueprints and control system drawings.
- Ability to operate Company vehicles and equipment.
- Must be prepared to work rotating shifts and respond to emergency callout 7 days a week, 24 hours a day.
- Must be able to wear personal protective equipment (PPE) as required.
