Job Summary
A Digital and Social Media Manager is responsible for planning, developing, implementing, and managing strategies for the social media accounts that align with business goals based on current benchmark trends. Determines how effectively the business will be able to portray its brand value online. Increase brand awareness, improve marketing efforts and ensure specific objectives and ROI is reported.
Job Responsibilities 1
Develop, implement, and manage social media strategy.
Define and track key social media KPIs, manage content, and evaluate campaign success.
Stay updated on social media best practices and technology trends.
Collaborate with copywriters and designers to create engaging content, while also coordinating efforts with marketing team, tenants, and vendors.
Communicate with industry professionals and influencers via social media to create a strong network.
Monitor SEO and user engagement and provide recommendations for optimizing content.
Set up and monitor information flow within CRM and with other business-critical systems.
Managing loyalty program, including budget, systems, operations, and reporting.
Establish and maintain relationships with partners in order to maintain and coordinate the effective delivery of loyalty programs, events and campaigns.
Oversees the technical aspects of existing systems, websites, microsites, mobile applications, guiding team members in technical matters, and supervising system modifications.
To implement digital and social media strategies that align with business goals based on current benchmark trends.
Skills
- Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Instagram, Google+ and other social media best practices
- Good understanding of social media KPIs
- Familiarity with web design and publishing
- Knowledge and understanding of algorithms and search engine optimization.
- ERP knowledge, preferably SAP functional skills are a requirement to be successful in this role.
- Experience with HTML5, CSS3
- Google Cloud Console (billing, firebase)
- Experience in APIs (REST and PUSH) + JSON and XML
- CMS Management (WordPress, Contentful)
- Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills (Ex: Dashboards, Pivot tables, VLOOKUP, filters, validations, and other useful functions)
- SEO: Experience with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other third-party SEO reporting tools for benchmarking and performance analysis.
