About This Job:

You are the Oncology product Specialist, and it's your responsibility to drive the sales performance of the Astellas portfolio in your territory. You will achieve this by mastering territory management, becoming an expert in the disease area and product knowledge, and building strong relationships with healthcare professionals (HCPs) and payer organizations.

Key Activities:

•Adhere to Astellas policies and procedures relating to Ethics and Compliance standards and interactions with Healthcare Professionals (HCPs), Healthcare Organizations (HCOs) and Patient Organizations (POs). Act in an Ethical & Compliant manner at all times.

•Work closely together with the Sales Force Effectiveness department to enhance the Astellas ability to successfully stay in tune with market needs and to obtain optimal sales performance.

•Achieve assigned product commercial targets in the assigned geography and per account.

•Build and maintain a strong network with Key External Experts and other external stakeholder to promote Astellas’ partnership and collaboration.

•Establish productive, professional relationships with HCP’s in assigned customer accounts; Conduct face to face meetings with stakeholders; detailing the patient benefits of Astellas therapies
